Single bookings: At this time the Kicking Horse Hostel does take reservations. We  set aside beds for guest who have reserved for certain dates. However, we recognize that the majority of our guest are travelers who are at times unable to maintain there bookings. Therefore, we do not at this time take a deposit for booking via credit card and we therefore, do not take a cancelation fee.

Group Bookings: We do have group bookings, these are arranged with the Owner and are subject to 50% deposit one month prior to reservation date. Balance and cleaning fee paid on arrival. For cancelations 100% of deposit returned 21 days from booking. 50% of deposit returned 14 days from booking. 0% thereafter unless stated otherwise on an individual contract with owners.
