Winter Rates are from Dec 1st to March 31st other dates are under Summer Rates.

Rent the house $320 a night (min 2 nights). Sleeps 12. Taxes included. (plus $60.00 cleaning fee paid after the stay) prices are only an estimate call to discuss details and dates.

 
 

All costing include: taxes, clean towel, sheets and cover for the new beds, movies, full use of the kitchen and NO extras.

Train Room: $45.00 pp/night, $80.00 for 2 people Tax included
