The Kicking Horse Hostel would like to make your booking as easy as possible.

Pick a room, confirm the dates, fill in the form and pay on paypal. When you arrive we will have your room waiting.

Refund Policy:

Booking times are considered Confirmed if we have not heard from you by NOON the calender day prior to your booking. 

If you arrive and are unsatified with the room or bed you have booked and do not wish to stay with us we will refund you 100% of the booking.

If you are unable to make your booking for what ever reason then please call us prior to the booking being considered confirmed, NOON the day before you are scheduled to arrive. If you contact us after this time we will refund you booking less $5 admin fee OR you can have 100% credit with us.

If your plans change completely and you know 24hours prior to your booking being considered Confirmed, then we will refund you 100% of your payment OR you can have 100% credit with us.
